Ember Protocol

Ember's product was technically ahead but visually lost in a sea of purple gradients and generic onboarding. They needed a system that signaled craft to engineers and trust to everyone else.

We rebuilt the design language from the type up — a high-contrast monochrome interface, a custom variable font for numerics, and an onboarding flow that takes new users from install to first transaction in under 90 seconds.

Activation climbed 47% in the first month. The new system shipped across web, extension, and mobile — and quietly became the reference other wallets started copying.
